I've always known who Charles Boyer was, but truthfully, I didn't become interested in him or his movies until I became enraptured with his British-film counterpart, Herbert Lom. Although Herbert is still first on my list, Charles isn't too far behind, and I love watching his films!!!

I admired Charles Boyer for many reasons. His acting was always perfecto. His personal life was even more. His devotion to his wife and son was something that young women dream of and older women can only wish for in a man.

I love Charles Boyer,he is one of a kind. I have the book The Reluctant Lover,good book.It is sad the way his life came to an end. I keep him and his family forever in my hart and i pray for them every day.
