Of course he was incredibly talented, but what really gets me is that for such a small person, his characters were so dynamic in scope and he made them larger than life, seemingly towering over everyone else. My fave picture of his is "Angels With Dirty Faces". Incredible actor and person, will always be my fav actor.

Jim was, and is, one of the finest gentlement to ever grace a screen. I've adored him for over 40 years, and not too many people can come close to his gigantic talent. He had such flair, and worked hard to do it right. An actor with true class and talent. God Bless You, James Cagney. I still miss you.

James, the best actor and the best person. there were a few back then. He was the best though. Nobody today can hold a candle to him and his friends.
