I fell in love with James Cagney the first moment I saw him in Yankee Doodle Dandy. I was 10 yrs old. Have been a fan of his ever since and I'm now 50. The world lost a great actor when he passed.

who could forget james cagney pitching the first ball at the baseball i watched with a tears in my eyes.
he was a great man until the end.
nobody even comes close to him.

I love Cagney. Always have ever since I was 5 years old and here i am 43 and I still watch his films regardless how many times I have seen them. He just was so watchable and so very versatile. He would have been a star today . It is no wonder that all the greats today (Pacino, DeNero, Hoffman etc ) all say that he was the greatest actor of his time. I AGREE !!!!!!
