OK, so now I'll post a question. I've just read one of the sites linked from this one, the delightful article by Theresa Ludwick, in which she quotes Joan Blondell saying that James Cagney had "delft blue" eyes. Delftware has two shades of blue. So, which of the two delft shades of blue? Anyone know? Only the dark blue shade is such a lovely rarity in eye coloring, but maybe not so rare in Irish eyes? Just a question.
