To Bob Beck,
You seem to know more about Edddie than anybody living, how is it that you became interested in this great star?
And do you ever speak on the subject?
You seem to have a unique insight that no one else has.More knowledge.

Response to some recent questions. Frank Hendricks: SMART MONEY or TWO SECONDS could be the film you're looking for. In the first, he has a definite thing for blondes. They and I AM THE LAW are all available, not lost films. *** Sara B.: Robinson always named the medical biography, DR. EHRLICH'S MAGIC BULLET, as his favorite -- far afield from his gangsters. *** Kathy Simms: Art collection was sold shortly after Robinson's death for approximately $5 million to industrialist Armand Hammer of Occidental Petroleum Company. *** Tom N.: Robinson and Bogart starred in five films: BULLETS OR BALLOTS (1936), KID GALAHAD (1937), THE AMAZING DR. CLITTERHOUSE (1938), BROTHER ORCHID (1940), and KEY LARGO (1948). They were also often on the radio and did live performances together. *** Finally, to Francesca: Last night I attended a 90-minute performance of THE TEN COMMANDMENTS -- LIVE, an original spoof of the 1956 epic. Our local reviewer called the actor appearing as Dathan "dead on" in his impersonation. It was an entertaining show, and the audience seemed to enjoy it, particularly when Dathan punctuated some lines with a memorable but anachronistic "Nyaaaah!" Hope you and Adam are well. -- Bob

I think your grandfather was a fabulous actor! Any thoughts on his feelings for modern (post 1960's) actors and acting?
