We are producing a film about our friend "Errol" and your site came up in our research. Nice tribute you've done about a great guy! 5 November 2006 Bo Nilsson | @ Already in my early life I became a fan of Errol Flynn and his very exciting films. All my life every now and then I think about him and in my thoughts I sometimes think of doing at least a few of all his adventures. Well he has meant a lot to me looking forward and get things done in my life. I have also tryed to behave like a gentleman in my life, inspierd by Flynn. This was my celebration to the best actor in filmhistory. 31 October 2006 Philip | @ An early part of Errol Flynn's acting career began at Northampton Rep in 1933. His fellow actors were not very complimentary about his acting at that time. But he had the last laugh. He soon left Northampton to head for Hollywood when spotted by a Warner Bros scout. And overnight he shot to fame with his rousing and brilliant portrayal of Captain Blood! None of his fellow actors achieved anything by comparison accept one lady who had a brief appearance on an episode of Timewatch, a TV prog' dedicated on this occasion to Flynn's life - this particular old actress was still harping on that Flynn was not much of an actor - it's what's called sour grapes! And I, like thousands, think he was great. 20 October 2006 Fran | @ I love the site a wonderful insight into a great actor, although Im only 44 now my mum adored Errol and so every sunday afternoon matinee was eagerly awaited especially if it was a Flynn movie.
