Conflict (1945)


Humphrey Bogart's married to Rose Hobart, but has eyes for her sister (Alexis Smith). Bogie winds up murdering his wife, making it look like a car accident, but before long he begins to doubt his crime: did she really die, or is he being cleverly manipulated, perhaps losing his grasp on sanity?  Good cat-and-mouse game develops between Bogie and the always formidable Sydney Greenstreet.
