Crime School  (1938)

One of the few '30s Humphrey Bogart films where he doesn't play a thug. He's a crusading commissioner determined to better the atrocious conditions at a reform school. The Dead End Kids co-star. For those interested in such things, this is a remake of the Cagney "Mayor of Hell" from five years earlier.
