Daisy Kenyon  (1947)

Joan Crawford is torn between two lovers: brash and breezy lawyer Dana Andrews (who also happens to be married) and softspoken Henry Fonda, a returned vet who has his own issues adjusting to life after the war.  Good drama, stylishly directed by Otto Preminger.
